Q: Can I submit my own design for printing?
A: Absolutely! You can upload your design on our DTF Transfers or Custom Apparel pages. Make sure your file meets our quality guidelines for the best results.
Q: What file types do you accept for custom designs?
A: We accept PNG, SVG, AI, and PSD files with a transparent background. Designs should be at least 300 DPI for the best print quality.
2. Production & Shipping
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Processing time depends on order size and complexity. Standard production takes 3-5 business days, while custom orders or bulk requests may take longer.
Q: What are the shipping options?
A: We offer standard, expedited, and local delivery options. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we primarily ship within the U.S. Contact us for special international orders.

A: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work on a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production begins, and changes may not be possible.

A: To keep your prints looking fresh:

✅ Use mild detergent (no bleach or fabric softener)
✅ Air dry or tumble dry on low heat
