Returns & Refund Policy

At Royal Gallant, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom apparel and DTF (Direct to Film) transfers. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy except in cases of defective, incorrect, or damaged items caused by our error. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Because each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products, including:
    • Custom apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.)
    • DTF transfers (pre-made or custom designs)
    • Personalized items with names, logos, or specific design requests

2. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Custom Orders: Once an order is placed, cancellations and modifications must be requested within 24 hours.
  • DTF Transfers & Premade Apparel: Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been processed for production.
  • If you need to change an order, contact us immediately at royalgallantshop@gmail.com with your order number.

3. Returns & Refunds (Accepted Only for Errors or Defects)

We only accept returns and offer replacements/refunds if:
✅ You received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or design).
✅ The item arrived defective or damaged due to our production process.
✅ The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at royalgallantshop@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the item showing the issue
    • A brief description of the problem
  • If approved, you will receive instructions on returning the item (if necessary).
  • A replacement or refund will be processed once we verify the issue.

4. What Is NOT Eligible for a Return or Refund?

Customer Errors (e.g., wrong size or design submitted during ordering)
Minor Variations (slight color differences due to screen settings or fabric type)
Wear & Tear (items damaged due to improper care, washing, or use)
Delayed Packages (Shipping delays beyond our control are not refundable)

5. Refund Process (If Approved)

  • Refunds (if eligible) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  • If a replacement is preferred, we will ship the corrected item at no additional cost.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.
  • If the issue is not due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
